Curing compounds that hold moisture in the slab while it gains strength. Sprayed onto fresh concrete, a wax emulsion forms a continuous membrane — which matters most where the sun would otherwise take the water out first.

Water repellency for plaster, insulation and mineral wool. Emulsions dose into the slurry and keep water out of the finished product without changing how it is made.

MDF, HDF, OSB, particleboard and gypsum board. Wax dosed at the blender or into the slurry controls thickness swell and water absorption — the numbers the board is sold on.

Warm mix asphalt and bitumen modification. Hard waxes drop the viscosity of the binder so mixing and paving happen at lower temperatures — less energy, less fume, and a longer paving season.
Thickness swell on the board line. A curing membrane breaking too early. Paving temperatures you cannot bring down. Most line problems come down to a handful of causes, and we have worked through them on factory floors across the region. That work happens on the floor rather than on a website, so send it to us or ask for a visit. It does not have to be our grade.

A line or two about what you are making is enough to start — we’ll take it from there.
