Perfect binding, single-shot — one grade runs the spine and the side line, taking a pot and a changeover out of the machine. Stable over a long shift in the tank.
Mattress pocket springs and construction, filter pleating and bag seams, automotive interiors, white goods. Sprayable and nozzle-applied grades.
Edgebanding PVC, ABS, acrylic, melamine and wood edges to board, plus profile wrapping of foils, papers and veneers. Filled grades for fast lines, unfilled for higher adhesion.
Permanently tacky when cold — the bond is made long after coating, under light pressure and with no heat at the point of application. For label stock, tapes and sealing.
