Pocket spring encasement, foam lamination, quilting and border assembly. Sprayable and nozzle-applied grades matched to your line speed and the fabric you are bonding to.

Edgebanding PVC, ABS, acrylic, melamine and wood edges to board, plus profile wrapping of foils, papers and veneers. Filled grades for fast lines, unfilled where adhesion matters more.

Backing, laminating and finishing for tufted and woven carpet — holding the pile to the backing, and adding stiffness, water repellence and dimensional stability.

Pleating, end-cap potting and bag seams for air, cabin, oil and liquid filters. The bond has to survive heat, vibration and whatever passes through it.

Headliners, door panels, trim and cabin components. Bonds that hold through heat cycling in a parked car, and trim materials that keep their feel over the life of the vehicle.

Insulation bonding, gasket and seal assembly, panel and component fixing. Grades chosen for the temperature the finished appliance will actually see.
Edgebanding lifting at the corner. Pocket springs coming apart in transit. Filter pleats losing their bond. Most line problems come down to a handful of causes, and we have worked through them on factory floors across the region. That work happens on the floor rather than on a website, so send it to us or ask for a visit. It does not have to be our grade.

A line or two about what you are making is enough to start — we’ll take it from there.
