PVC processing
Pipe, profile, fittings, cable and sheet. PVC runs close to the temperature at which it degrades, so friction management sets your output ceiling — longer stability time, lower torque, a cleaner die.
Compounds, masterbatch and the additives that keep extrusion, moulding and compounding lines running.

Pipe, profile, fittings, cable and sheet. PVC runs close to the temperature at which it degrades, so friction management sets your output ceiling — longer stability time, lower torque, a cleaner die.

Building the compound before it reaches the machine. The lubricant package, plasticizer type and additive balance set fusion behaviour, mechanical properties and how the compound runs on your customer’s line.

Colour and additive masterbatch. Low melt viscosity wets out pigment agglomerates without softening the carrier — stronger colour from the same pigment loading, and a cleaner finished part.

Ozone protection for tyres, seals, hoses and profiles. Migratory waxes bloom to the surface and hold a physical film — fast-bloom grades protect new goods, durable grades protect over service life.
Plate-out on the die. Torque spikes on the extruder. Pigment that will not disperse. Rubber greying in service. Most line problems come down to a handful of causes, and we have worked through them on factory floors across the region. That work happens on the floor rather than on a website, so send it to us or ask for a visit. It does not have to be our grade.

A line or two about what you are making is enough to start — we’ll take it from there.
