Rub and scuff resistance, slip and anti-blocking in the dried film. Micron-fine particles sit proud in the ink layer and take the abrasion meant for the print — for sheet-fed, flexo, water-based and UV systems.

Matting, scratch and mar resistance, water repellence and surface slip — across decorative paints, industrial and wood coatings, and powder coating. Particle size and melting point set the effect.

Hardness, gloss and buffing behaviour in polishes, creams and care waxes. Blends of hard and soft waxes set how the tin fills, how it applies and how it shines up.

Water repellence, friction control, softening and hand. Emulsions dose straight into a waterborne finishing bath, and hit the effect at lower add-on than polyethylene wax.

The wax component in your hot melt formulation. Paraffin regulates viscosity and set time at the lowest cost point, Fischer-Tropsch buys heat resistance without adding viscosity, and microcrystalline brings flexibility where the bond has to flex.
Print scuffing on the way to the shelf. A matting agent that takes more gloss than you wanted. Wax seeding in the can. Most line problems come down to a handful of causes, and we have worked through them on factory floors across the region. That work happens on the floor rather than on a website, so send it to us or ask for a visit. It does not have to be our grade.

A line or two about what you are making is enough to start — we’ll take it from there.
